A giveaway this afternoon!

It took me awhile to decide on what I should be giving away this week. :) I'm so indecisive! But, then I started to think, because there are so many Birthdays this week, it would be fun to do a giveaway of one of my Paper Garlands. They're bright and festive... perfect for a birthday week giveaway!

Here's my question for you: What would your perfect Birthday consist of? How would you want to celebrate?

My perfect day would look a little something like this;

1. Road trip to Sedona with U2's Joshua Tree cd playing the whole way up there.
2. Hiking the West Fork Trail, through Oak Creek Canyon
3. Chinese food for dinner
4. Watching the sunset on the red rocks.

I'll choose a name on Friday!! good luck!

Oh cool! The perfect birthday would be me finding out I was pregnant (ttc for 5 years) and my husband being home (he's military) and then going out and buying some baby goodies that I've been looking at for years. That sounds, kind of awesome LOL

Oh JEM! I love Jem!!!! I lost all my cds last year and I haven't heard her lovely voice in way to long! anywho I would love to decorate my studio with your beautiful garland! A perfect b-day - hmmmmm well I would want to start off by sleeping in and ending with macaroons and wine with my friends and family. If Sushi was involved it might just be the party of a life time. I think just playing board games during the afternoon would really be the cherry on top :) ~ Chelsea Ann

My prefect day would include a mix of family and me time: some time to paint or scrapbook all alone, hike with the family, italian dinner with the hubby.

perfect birthday for me:
To wake up and the Breakfast table is set. Lots and lots of cake and a prolonged picknick somewhere in the surroundings or in a garden with delicious things to eat all day long together with husband, children, dog, family and friends. lampions and lanterns in the evening and happy garlands at hoe and outside...

It has to involve some really delicious baked goods--like cupcakes, or donuts, or a fruit tart, or...anything with sugar! :) Then it'd be fun to go shopping and completely treat myself, then a nice long bike ride along the river with my husband, and dinner out. Perfect.

What a lovely giveaway! My perfect day is a lazy start while Mr takes the kids to school. Then I would spend the day doing a photo shoot for a new recipe and blogging about it.
Then dinner cooked for me in the evening with a nice bottle of something and a dvd!

I just recently celebrated my birthday. We had the most fantastic brunch followed by pictures on the beach with a colorful collection of balloons. That was a great day.
But if I were to plan for next year's... I'd say it would be a Cabaret at a piano bar, where everyone has to sing a song or two!

Thanks!
Leslie
