Lot's of fun things to add to a Fall mini or a few scrapbook layouts!  

Did you have a favorite post from this past week? I have to admit the picnic post was a lot of fun for us, but my favorite is probably the Fall Wreathe. (I really like the grey-peach combination!)  I also loved Jessica's French Toast bites and those cute pumpkin planters she created!

On my Desk - Giveaway

Hello and happy Friday! Chase and I have been out running errands  all morning and we came back to the house just to get this post up! I was sorting through some supplies last week to make myself a little to-go scrapbook kit for the road and thought it would be fun to giveaway a few extras! 

 Each kit includes random bits n bobs of this and that - some handmade and some vintage. My personal favorites are the messy fabric/string embellishments, handmade paper stickers and the text book pages! You can't go wrong with vintage fabric, trims and flashcards either, you can incorporate any of these pieces into your mini scrapbooks or even on a layout.

a Very Merry Giftwrap Giveaway!

Hello to you all and happy Saturday morning! A few crafty friends and I have teamed up this weekend to do little blog-hop party! Each of us decided to put our own spin on the traditional stocking concept. I first thought of a hanging doile but then I thought what could be sweeter than to fill than a doile envelope! and so, an idea was formed and brought to life.

I did create a tutorial for my doile envelope and I'll post it this coming week but first the fun stuff! I'm giving away this envelope and it's filled with all sorts of fun little trinkets, perfect for helping to add that extra special touch to packages as you wrap your gifts this month!

there are snips of vintage seam binding and lace, 2 handmade garlands, stitched gift tags, a spool of my favorite pink bakers-twine, mini clothes pins, 2 handmade flowers, typewriter tags, a vintage Santa pick, a pink button tag, and tinsel star, glittered leaves and a few paper doiles all tucked away into a pretty vintage doile envelop.

Peppermint GiveAway!

Good morning! What could be a better way to start off this week than with a giveaway? :) I had so much fun this weekend with the reopening my little shop, (thankyou to everyone for your purchases and sweet comments! I really do love creating ~ especially Christmas items!) I thought a Holiday Kit would be perfect to giveaway. Today's giveaway is one of my Peppermint December Journal kits!

Starting next month, I'll be doing little step-by-step tutorials on creating some of the pages for this journal. I've always wanted to create a December Journal but I didn't want the pressure of having to photograph and scrapbook everyday. I created this journal with that idea in mind, a 6x6 inch mini that I could fill whenever I found a free moment! {December might be the most wonderful time of year but it's also the busiest!}

Ironically, I'm spending the start of my week doing the exact same thing that I ended last week doing, mailing packages at the post office. :) Funny how that works! I have an idea for another food inspired post later on today. It's a bit rainy and cloudy here this morning which always makes me want to stay inside and cook or bake! see you soon!:)

I made a little embellishment kit to giveaway on my blog today. Just a few things to add to a scrapbook layout or if your making your own valentine! My favorite is the handmade stickers, I use them on everything; envelopes, notes, cards, tags... and anything else that I can stick them too. :)





If you're taking a break today leave your name in the comment section... and if you have a little extra time I have a question! More like a poll I suppose. Craft class or Scrapbook class?

(If you had the chance (and spare time) what would you rather take, a class on scrapbooking or a class on crafting? Personally, even though I love working with paper, I think I'd be more incline to choose a crafting class. I like the idea of being more open to different projects and maybe not just focusing on only paper crafting. Does that make sense?)

A giveaway this afternoon!

It took me awhile to decide on what I should be giving away this week. :) I'm so indecisive! But, then I started to think, because there are so many Birthdays this week, it would be fun to do a giveaway of one of my Paper Garlands. They're bright and festive... perfect for a birthday week giveaway!



Here's my question for you: What would your perfect Birthday consist of? How would you want to celebrate?

My perfect day would look a little something like this;

1. Road trip to Sedona with U2's Joshua Tree cd playing the whole way up there.
2. Hiking the West Fork Trail, through Oak Creek Canyon
3. Chinese food for dinner
4. Watching the sunset on the red rocks.

This whole week is going to be super busy and hopefully super duper creative. I'm still working on the re-mix of my little craft studio. I need to make a trip to Crate & Barrel for a few baskets and then hopefully, fingers crossed, I will be done. Or close enough. :)
